So, I'm sure some of you have heard about Qantas and their Project Sunrise plans. It looks like they're getting ready to launch super long-haul flights, and they've chosen the A350-1000 for it. Pretty ambitious, right? I mean, they're talking about non-stop flights from Sydney to London and New York. Those are some crazy long routes!
Apparently, the A350-1000 has the range and fuel efficiency to make it work. But honestly, does anyone else think this is a huge leap? I can't imagine being on a plane for over 20 hours.
Qantas says they're gonna have some pretty comfy cabins, but I wonder how many people are really up for that kind of marathon flight. Any thoughts on whether this is actually going to take off, or if it's just a big marketing push? And do you think other airlines are gonna try the same thing if Qantas makes it work?
