Hey folks, I've got a stash of Chase Sapphire Preferred points and I'm thinking about using them for a Hyatt stay upgrade. Never done this before, so I'm kinda clueless about how it works. Anyone here used their points this way? Is it a good value or should I save them for flights instead? I know Hyatt's part of the Ultimate Rewards program, but I'm not sure about the conversion rate or how to actually make the upgrade happen.
