What's the deal with Virgin Atlantic's new Flying Club changes?

So I just got an email from Virgin Atlantic about changes to their Flying Club program. Anyone else see this? They're talking about new reward seat availability and something about tier points earning on partner airlines. Honestly, I'm a bit confused.

I've been a Flying Club member for a few years now, mostly for the partner redemptions with Delta and Air France. The email says they're making it easier to earn tier points but didn't really explain how. Also, they mentioned more reward seats available on Virgin flights, which could be cool if it's true.

Has anyone dug into the details? Is this actually a good change for us, or is it just marketing fluff? I'm hoping this means more options for my Europe trips next year, but not sure yet. Would love to hear your thoughts or if you've got any tips on getting the most out of these changes!
Yeah, got the same email. Kinda vague, right? From what I gather, they're trying to make it easier to climb tiers by earning more points on partner flights, but they didn't spell it out. Could be good if you fly Delta or Air France a lot. As for more reward seats, fingers crossed it actually means more availability and not just hype. I'd say keep an eye on the Virgin site for any updated FAQs or announcements. Who knows, maybe we'll score some sweet deals for those Europe trips!
