Anyone Tried Booking Delta One with SkyMiles Lately?

Hey all, I'm thinking about using my SkyMiles for a trip to Paris in Delta One, but I'm running into some snags. Availability seems pretty sparse, or maybe I'm just not looking at the right dates? I'm flexible with travel dates in March and April, but I can't seem to find anything under 200k miles one way.

I've also heard that some routes might be better for award space-like maybe flying out of a different city? But not sure if that's just a rumor or what. If anyone's had luck booking Delta One to Europe recently, I'd love to hear how you did it.

Also, any tips on using the Delta Amex card to maybe get a better deal or boost my miles? I'm all ears for any hacks or advice!
