Hey fellow spotters! I'm planning a trip to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) soon and I'm looking for some advice on the best spotting locations around the airport. I've heard that In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda Blvd is a popular spot for capturing aircraft on approach to Runway 24R, but I'm curious about other locations as well. Are there any good places for getting shots of departures or different runway activities? Also, what's the best time of day to catch the most interesting traffic? I'm particularly interested in photographing some of the bigger jets like the Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s. Any tips on camera settings or gear would be appreciated too. I typically use a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV with a 100-400mm lens. Looking forward to hearing your recommendations and maybe even meeting some of you out there!
