So, I just read that by 2026, there'll be some major changes happening with A350 routes in the US. Apparently, they're going from just 4 flights to more than daily on 6 of the most frequent domestic routes! That's a pretty big jump. I remember when Airbus was struggling to compete with Boeing's 777 and then the Dreamliner, especially back in the early 2000s. They really pulled it off with the A350, though. It's impressive how they turned things around from the A330-200 Lite idea to a whole new aircraft design.
I guess airlines are really seeing the value in the A350 for domestic flights, which is kinda cool. I always thought it was more of an international workhorse, but I guess it makes sense for busy routes where there's a need for more capacity and efficiency.
Do you guys think the A350 will start replacing other aircraft on domestic routes regularly? And why do you think airlines are choosing the A350 over other options like the Dreamliner for these routes? Can't wait to see how this all plays out!
