Anyone tried using ANA Mileage Club for US domestic flights?

So, I've been diving into the whole frequent flyer game, and I've heard ANA Mileage Club can be a hidden gem for booking US domestic flights on United. I know ANA is part of Star Alliance, so that makes sense, but I've never actually tried it myself.

I'm curious if anyone here has used ANA miles for this purpose. How's the availability, and is it a decent value compared to other programs? I know ANA has some sweet spots for international flights, but not sure how it stacks up for domestic travel.

Also, any tips on actually transferring points to ANA from something like Amex Membership Rewards? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the hassle or if I should stick with more straightforward programs like AAdvantage or Delta SkyMiles.

Would love to hear any experiences or advice you might have!
I've used ANA miles for United flights, but it can be hit or miss. Availability varies a lot, especially on popular routes. It can be a good deal if you find the right flights, but it takes some patience. Transferring from Amex to ANA is straightforward, just keep in mind the transfer time isn't instant; it can take a couple of days. I'd compare the cost in miles with AAdvantage or Delta before committing, though. Sometimes those programs have better options for domestic.
