So Thai VietJetAir is kicking things off again with charter flights from Udon Thani to China in 2027. They're hitting Yiwu twice a week starting April 22 and Wuxi once a week from April 24. They'll be using their A321-200s for these routes. Seems like a smart move, especially if they're looking to make Udon Thani a bigger hub.
I remember they did this before, but I guess now they're doubling down on it. It's pretty cool that they're trying to expand their regional operations. But I wonder how much demand there really is for these charters. Do you think these routes will stick around longer this time? Also, with the schedules being tentative, how likely do you think they are to change? Anyone here flown with Thai VietJetAir on these routes before?
