Vintage Airline Luggage Tags - A Hidden Gem in Collecting?

So I've been collecting various airline memorabilia for a while now, but recently stumbled upon something I hadn't really considered before: vintage airline luggage tags. I found a few from the '70s and '80s in an old box at a garage sale. They're from airlines like Pan Am, TWA, and Eastern, and honestly, they look pretty cool.

They're just simple cardboard tags, but they have that retro vibe with the old logos and colors. Made me wonder if anyone else is into collecting these? Are they worth much, or is it more about the nostalgia? I'm kinda new to this part of the hobby, so I'd love to hear if anyone has tips on where to find more or how to best preserve them. I've got a few of those vintage tags myself! Pan Am stuff is always a hit with collectors. Value-wise, it really depends on the airline and condition, but they're mostly about the nostalgia for me. I keep mine in a photo album with those plastic sleeves. Keeps them safe but still easy to flip through and enjoy. You might check eBay or estate sales for more. And yeah, definitely display them if you can-they're conversation starters for sure!
