2026 Long-Haul Flight Attendant Salaries - What Do You Think?

So, I was reading about how the salaries for long-haul flight attendants are shaping up for 2026. It's pretty interesting 'cause these guys are really the face of the airline when you fly long distances. I mean, sure, they're there mainly for safety, but let's be honest, their service can make or break your flight experience.

From what I gather, their pay is going up, which is good news. They definitely deserve it with all the work they do-especially on those brutal long-haul flights. But I wonder how it stacks up against other roles in the industry? Anyone here have insights on how their pay compares to pilots or ground crew?

Also, with airlines focusing more on the passenger experience, do you think we'll see flight attendants getting more specialized training or roles? Like, maybe they'll start having dedicated service and safety staff or something. Just a thought.

What do you guys think about the pay raise? Is it enough, or do they deserve more given their responsibilities? Would love to hear your thoughts!
