I've been planning a spotting trip to Zurich Airport (ZRH) and just realized the forecast is all cloudy and overcast. Not ideal, right? But hey, can't control the weather. Anyone got tips for shooting aircraft in these conditions? I'm using a Canon EOS R5 with a 100-400mm lens. I know overcast can mean softer light, which is kinda nice, but how do you make those planes pop against a grey sky? Also, should I be cranking up the ISO more than usual? And any post-processing tricks to bring out more detail? Would love some advice or experiences from anyone who's tackled this before!
