So Qantas just announced they're putting Business Suites on their A321XLRs, which is kinda big news. They've got these fancy lie-flat beds with privacy doors, and it's the first time they're doing this on a narrowbody. I mean, it's not coming till 2028, but still cool to see them pushing the boundaries here.
They're also upgrading the Business Suites on their 787s with sliding doors and bigger beds. I guess this shows how much demand there is for premium seats lately. Qantas' CEO mentioned premium cabin revenue is growing twice as fast as economy. That's wild, right?
I think it's pretty neat, especially for those long-haul flights where comfort makes a huge difference. But I wonder if this will push other airlines to do the same with their narrowbodies. Also, are they gonna keep the same ticket prices, or is this gonna make things way more expensive?
