Why Extra Legroom Economy Might Be the Better Deal than Premium Economy

So, I've been reading about how premium economy is getting super pricey lately. It used to be the sweet spot for a lot of us, right? Not as cheap as regular economy but also not as wallet-crushing as business class. But now, with the demand going up and those cabins staying small, prices in some markets are going through the roof.

Some folks are saying that extra legroom economy seats might be the smarter buy now. You still get more space than regular economy without the hefty premium price tag. I mean, if the only real difference is a few more inches of legroom and maybe a slightly better meal, is it even worth the extra cash for premium economy?

Anyone else thinking about just going for extra legroom economy these days? Or do you think premium is still worth it if you can snag a good deal? Curious to hear what you all think!
I've totally noticed the same thing. Premium economy prices are creeping up to where it makes you wonder if it's worth it. I've been opting for extra legroom economy lately. Honestly, if all I need is a little more space to stretch my legs, it seems like a smarter choice. Plus, the food in premium economy isn't that big of an upgrade. I also find that I can sometimes get a bulkhead or exit row seat with extra room for a fraction of the cost. Anyone else feel like the perks of premium economy don't justify the price hike anymore?
