Southwest in Hot Water Over Flight Attendant Lawsuit

So I just read about this court case with Southwest Airlines, and it's not looking good for them. A federal judge basically called them out for how they're handling this class action lawsuit from their flight attendants. Apparently, the whole thing is about their attendance system and how it's treating the flight attendants.

Southwest tried to get the case dismissed by filing something late, but the judge wasn't having any of it. The fact that they're the world's largest low-cost carrier makes this even more interesting. You'd think they'd have their ducks in a row, but I guess not.

I wonder what this means for their reputation, especially with how they've been in the news for other issues lately. Do you think this will affect their customer service or the way they operate? And what does it say about how airlines should treat their staff? Curious to hear what you all think!
Honestly, this isn't too surprising. Southwest has been juggling a lot lately, and it seems like their internal issues are catching up with them. If their flight attendants are unhappy, that's bound to trickle down to customer service. I mean, happy staff usually means happy customers, right? With all the pressure on airlines to improve service, you'd think they'd focus more on treating their employees well. Wonder if this will push them to rethink their policies or just keep fighting it out in court.
