Lens Choice for Spotting at Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS)?

Hey folks, looking for some advice on lens choices for spotting at Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS). I've heard it's a great place with lots of variety in aircraft and runway layouts. I'm currently using a Canon 80D and trying to decide between a 70-200mm f/2.8 and a 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6. I'm aiming to capture a mix of close-ups and some wider shots but not sure which lens would be more versatile there. Anyone here with experience shooting at AMS that can share their thoughts? Is the 100-400mm too much, or will I miss out if I go with the 70-200mm? Also, any tips on the best spots around the airport to get those killer shots? Thanks!
