euroAtlantic's Interest in Cabo Verde Airlines - What's the Deal?

Hey everyone, I just heard that euroAtlantic might be looking to invest in some airlines over in Cabo Verde. I can't get the full scoop 'cause the article's behind a paywall, but it sounds like they're eyeing stakes in a few carriers there.

From what I know, euroAtlantic's a Portuguese company known for charter flights and wet leasing, so this move could be interesting. Cabo Verde's got a pretty unique geographic position, being a bridge between Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Maybe euroAtlantic sees some potential in boosting connectivity in that region?

Honestly, I think it's pretty cool. Cabo Verde could definitely use some more aviation activity. Could mean more flights and better options for travelers heading to and from the islands. But I wonder how it'll affect the local airlines and competition there.

Anyone have more details on this? Or thoughts on how this might change things for Cabo Verde's aviation scene? Would love to hear what you guys think about euroAtlantic's strategy here!
