It's not as flashy as Sydney or Melbourne, but it sounds like it's got a lot going for it with stable jobs and a good balance of city life and nature. Makes sense it ranked high if you think about everyday living rather than just touristy stuff.
Bergen in Norway took second, which is cool. Those Norwegian cities seem to have it figured out with job opportunities and access to nature. Singapore in third isn't a shocker either, considering its top-notch infrastructure and economy. But man, living there isn't cheap!
