So, I read this piece about a private jet that flew all over the place in just a week. This thing crossed the Atlantic, hit up South America, checked out the Atacama Desert, and then headed back to the US. That's pretty wild if you think about it. For us regular folks, that kind of trip would take some serious planning and a good chunk of time. But for a private jet, it's just another week.
It really makes you think about how different private aviation is compared to commercial flights. While we're booking flights and dealing with layovers, these jets are just zipping around the globe based on individual schedules. Must be nice, right?
I guess this is what those ultra-long-range business jets are made for. But I'm curious, how does this kind of travel impact the environment compared to regular flights? And do you think more people will start using private jets if they become more accessible, or is this always going to be a luxury for the few?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
