Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip to Los Angeles soon and I'm really excited about the opportunity to do some plane spotting at LAX. I've heard it's one of the best airports for capturing a wide variety of aircraft, especially heavies like the A380 and 747.
I was wondering if anyone here could recommend the best locations around LAX for spotting? I've heard about the In-N-Out Burger area near the runway, but I'm curious if there are other spots that offer great views and photography angles. Also, any tips on the best times of day for lighting and traffic would be appreciated.
Additionally, if anyone has advice on specific gear settings for capturing takeoffs and landings at LAX, I'd love to hear it. I'm using a Canon EOS R5 with a 100-400mm lens. Looking forward to your suggestions and maybe I'll see some of you out there! Thanks in advance!
