Hey fellow aviation enthusiasts! I'm planning a trip to Los Angeles and I'm really excited to do some plane spotting at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). I've heard it's an amazing place for spotting given the diverse range of aircraft and airlines flying in and out.
I'd love to hear from anyone who's spent time spotting at LAX. What are your favorite spots around the airport? I've read that the In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda Blvd is popular, but are there other locations I should consider?
Also, any tips on the best times of day for spotting? I'm particularly interested in catching some international wide-bodies like the A380s and B787s, so any advice on timing would be awesome.
Lastly, if anyone has suggestions on the best lenses for capturing these beauties from the spotting locations, I'd appreciate it. I currently have a Canon EOS 90D and a 70-300mm lens.
Thanks in advance for your help, and I look forward to your spotter insights!
