Found a 1970s airline cutlery set in my attic

So, I was poking around in my attic, trying to make some space, and stumbled across this old box. Turns out it's a set of airline cutlery from the 1970s. There's no branding on it, but the design looks pretty retro. I think it might be from Eastern Airlines, but I'm not 100% sure. The set includes forks, knives, and spoons, all with that classic stainless steel look.

Has anyone else come across something like this? I'm wondering if it's worth adding to my small collection or if it's just a cool find to keep for nostalgia's sake. If anyone has tips on identifying which airline it might be from, that would be awesome. Also, how do you guys store or display your airline cutlery collections? Mine's currently in a shoebox, which probably isn't ideal. Appreciate any advice or stories you might have!
That's a pretty neat find! I think Eastern Airlines is a good guess. Their cutlery was pretty iconic back in the day. You might try comparing it to pictures online from other collectors to confirm. As for storing, I'd suggest getting a small display case or shadow box. Keeps them safe and you can enjoy looking at them too. I've got a few pieces myself, and they're always cool conversation starters. Do you have other airline memorabilia, or is this your first piece?
That's a cool find! If it doesn't have branding, it might be tricky to pin down. Eastern Airlines is possible, but some smaller airlines from that era had similar styles too. For storing, maybe look into a shadow box or something similar you can hang on the wall? Keeps them safe and looks pretty cool. I've got some airline stuff in a similar setup, and it's a nice conversation starter. Have you tried checking with any online aviation memorabilia groups? They might help with IDing it.
