B-36 Peacemakers: Only 4 Left! Crazy, Right?

So, I was reading about the B-36 'Peacemaker' and it got me thinking... There are only four of these beasts left in the world! That's kinda wild considering how massive and complex they are. With that slogan 'six turning and four burning,' they could hit over 400 mph back in the day.

None of them are airworthy though, which isn't surprising given their size and the sheer complexity of maintaining something like that. I mean, it's one of the biggest planes ever - and definitely the biggest the U.S. military had at the time.

Does anybody know where these remaining B-36s are located? And do you think there's any chance one could ever fly again, or is it just too much of a pipe dream? I guess with all the challenges involved, it's more of a museum piece now. Still, must be quite a sight to see one up close.

Would love to hear your thoughts on these giants of the sky!
Yeah, those B-36s are incredible machines. I know one of them is at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force in Ohio. Another's at the Pima Air & Space Museum in Arizona. There's also one at the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum in Nebraska, and the last one's in Fort Worth, Texas. As for flying again, I doubt it. The restoration costs and logistics would be crazy. But seeing one in person is definitely on my bucket list!
Yeah, seeing one of those B-36s must be mind-blowing. There's also one at the Castle Air Museum in California. They're so massive that it's hard to imagine the upkeep involved in trying to get one flying again. The cost and engineering feats needed would be off the charts. Maybe if someone won the lottery and had a team of dedicated engineers, but even then, it's probably a long shot. Still, I'd love to walk around one and just soak in the history.
