AA's A321XLR: Great for long-haul, but what about the crew?

So, I just read that some American Airlines flight attendants aren't too thrilled with the new Airbus A321XLR. It's supposed to be this awesome long-range narrowbody jet, right? With all the hype about opening new routes like JFK to Edinburgh, I was excited to see how it would change things up. But now it sounds like it's not all sunshine and rainbows, at least for the folks working on it.

Apparently, a veteran flight attendant is saying the plane's tough to work on. I guess it's not as crew-friendly as everyone hoped. I can imagine that working long-haul flights on a narrowbody might be cramped and tiring. After all, the comfort for staff is just as important as for passengers, if not more. They need to be able to do their jobs effectively!

Anyone else heard more about this? I'm curious if it's just a teething issue or if there's something fundamentally off with the design. Also, does anyone know if other airlines using the A321XLR are having similar issues? Or is it just an AA thing? Would love to hear your thoughts!
