So, Spirit Airlines just stopped all flights earlier this month, leaving a ton of passengers hanging with useless loyalty points. But get this-Papa Johns is stepping in with a promo called 'Skies to Pies.' They're letting former Spirit customers turn those worthless points into a free large pizza. Crazy, right?
I mean, it's a pretty funny twist on a bad situation, but at least it's something. Not sure how many people this will actually help, but it's a clever marketing move by Papa Johns for sure.
I'm wondering, though, how many folks are actually going to take them up on this. Would you bother going through the trouble for a pizza if your flights just got canceled?
