Air Niugini's Shake-Up: What Do You Think of Their New Plan?

Started by SamuelAirside32 1 days ago 1 replies 38 views
So, Air Niugini's trying something new again with their 'Higher Altitude Program.' Sounds like it could be a big deal for them. They've got Alan Milne back as CEO, and he's talking about changes in service, reliability, and costs. I guess they're also working closely with their employees' association, which seems smart.

I think focusing on those areas makes sense, especially if they're trying to improve their reputation and performance. But, you know, I'm curious about what 'substantial changes' in senior management might look like. Are they planning to bring in new faces or just reshuffle existing ones?

Also, does anyone have any insights on how this could affect their flights and operations? I mean, these kinds of overhauls can sometimes lead to disruptions in the short term. What do you all think? Could this be a turning point for Air Niugini, or just another corporate move? Let's hear your thoughts!
