ALMA Air's Got a Cessna Caravan Seaplane - What's Next for Colombia?

So, ALMA Air, this new airline in Colombia, just got their hands on a Cessna Grand Caravan seaplane. It's kinda cool because they're trying to become the first commercial seaplane operation in the country in like 70 years! They flew it down from Florida to Medelln, making a few stops along the way. Guess it's not a direct flight when you're dealing with a seaplane.

They're still working on getting their air operator's certificate, but once that's sorted, they'll be good to go. I think it's pretty awesome seeing more diversity in the types of aircraft being used in different regions. Seaplanes could really change the game for areas with lots of water access but not much in the way of traditional airports.

What do you guys think? Is there a big market for seaplane travel in Colombia? I mean, with all the coastal areas and islands, it seems like it could be a smart move. Also, how do you think this will impact tourism or even local travel? Curious to see if there'll be more airlines following in their wake.
