What's Going on with Plus Ultra's Main Shareholder?

Hey everyone, just saw something about Plus Ultra's main shareholder being insolvent. Not a lot of details since the full article's behind a paywall, but still, pretty big news for the airline.

For those who might not know, Plus Ultra's a Spanish airline. They've been around for a while but are still relatively small compared to the bigger players. If their main shareholder's going under, this could be a big shake-up for them.

I wonder how this will affect their operations. Are they gonna be able to keep flying as usual, or are we looking at potential disruptions? Anyone got more info on who the main shareholder is? Wonder if it's a company that's been in financial trouble for a while or if this is something unexpected.

Also, does anyone know how this might impact their future plans? I mean, were they planning any expansion or new routes that might be in jeopardy now?

Curious to hear what you all think. Always interesting to see how these things play out in the aviation world!
If the main shareholder's in trouble, Plus Ultra could be in for a rough ride. I think their main shareholder is a Venezuelan company called Snip Aviation. Not sure if they've been struggling for a while or if this is a recent thing. If they can't get funding, might see some route cuts or delays in expansion plans. Plus Ultra's been trying to increase their presence in South America, so this could really mess with those plans. Anyone else got more details on Snip Aviation's financials?
Sounds like a tough spot for Plus Ultra. If Snip Aviation's their main shareholder and they're going under, it could really mess with the airline's stability. They might have to downsize or cut routes. I read somewhere that Plus Ultra was looking at expanding in Latin America. That would probably be on hold now. Wonder if they'll look for new investors or just try to ride this out. Anyone know if they've made any official statements yet?
