FAA Drops $523M on Airport Upgrades - What Do You Think?

So the FAA just announced they're throwing $523 million into airport upgrades all over the country. That's a hefty chunk of change! They're spreading it across 332 projects in 43 states, focusing on stuff like runway fixes, taxiway improvements, and terminal upgrades. Big names like Dallas/Fort Worth and Miami are on the list, with DFW getting $70M for runway rehab and Miami getting $41.9M for some terminal reconstruction and other stuff. Pretty cool that Syracuse is getting $18.7M for a deicing pad expansion too.

Honestly, I'm all for making our airports better. Who doesn't want a smoother travel experience? But I wonder if this'll really make a noticeable difference for us travelers or if it'll just get eaten up by the usual airport chaos. What do you all think? Will these upgrades change the game for any of you? And why do you think certain airports got more funding than others? Curious to hear your takes!
